We help home and small business users with their day to day support and IT requirements. We offer a friendly, family run business service and are happy to help you with any issue no matter how small, even if it is advice on what you should do next?

What we do

Home users

We can visit you at home or support you remotely. We will help you with the following:

  1. A 15 minute phone consultation to verify your needs.
  2. An initial call-out (please see Covid-19 section below), once you are happy, to check your device/s and agree an action plan. This is where we look to address your specific needs.
  3. Take any immediate action if required.

Business Support

We can provide IT support for small businesses and sole-traders where there is no dedicated IT department / presence in your business. Full IT support and infrastructure departments, or MSP’s, are expensive and not every Business is able to afford it.

We can provide entry level support for small organisations and businesses by providing phone, email and on site support as required.

Covid 19

Please note that we are following the Government Guidelines for working safely in your home (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/working-safely-during-coronavirus-covid-19/homes). We will not be able to complete a home visit if you, or a family member have:

  • Tested positive for Covid-19 recently, or
  • Are shielding as you, or a family member, are clinically extremely vulnerable.

Where at all possible we will attempt to remotely support you, or if this is not possible, take possession of the device to repair within our safe locations.
